I will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any contact made by Black Hut Framing will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products. I do not send customers marketing material. I post updates on Instagram, Facebook and/or Linked In - hoping to gain business from return customers and recommendations.

WEBSITE CONTACT FORM
When you contact me or book an appointment with me, I will record this on my automated system. I record the following information:
Name: for identification.
Phone number: so I can contact you in the event of the need to discuss anything to do with your booking. If this is a mobile number, I can also send you an appointment reminder by text message beforehand.
Email address: so I can send you a booking confirmation.
Address: if booking a home appointment.
Once your appointment is over, this information is not used for any other purpose other than to refer back, should the need arise. It remains on the booking system indefinitely to allow this. It is not passed on to any other party.
ORDER SYSTEM
When you place an order with me, I will record this on my automated system. I record the following information:
Name
Phone number
Email address
Once your order is complete, this information is not used for any other purpose other than to refer back, should the need arise (e.g. to repeat an order). It remains on my order system indefinitely to allow this. It is not passed on to any other party.
